About this residence

This Piero Lissoni-designed residence overlooks Surprise Lake, with walls of glass framing the water from the main living areas. A gracious foyer entrance opens to 12-foot ceilings and an open, light-filled layout. The home offers three bedrooms and two and a half baths, with an interior third bedroom that works well as a guest room, office, or media room. A sleek Boffi kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and a gas cooktop flows into generous living and dining spaces, which open to a spacious terrace with sweeping, unobstructed views across the lake. The primary suite is a true retreat with two walk-in closets and a stone bath featuring a deep soaking tub. Residents enjoy legendary Ritz-Carlton service, a rooftop pool deck, full-service spa, fitness center and private marina, all set on seven lakefront acres in Mid-Beach.
