About this residence

Rarely available, Residence S301 is one of the largest homes at the sought-after Surf Club Four Seasons, offering more than 5,000 square feet right on the sand. Spanning the full depth of the building and encompassing the entire south side, this five-bedroom sanctuary greets the sunrise over the Atlantic and closes each day with sunset across the western sky. Inside, light-filled living spaces open onto 909 square feet of terraces. At its heart, an expansive great room brings together formal dining and grand living. Just beyond, an additional family room with a sun-drenched breakfast area flows into the island kitchen. Tucked away for privacy, the primary suite is a true retreat, with its own terrace, a sauna and a sculptural soaking tub. Impeccably appointed, the home features oak flooring, custom millwork and light fixtures throughout. Beyond your door, The Surf Club offers three pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a hammam and spa, 24-hour services and dining by Thomas Keller.
